Yes. All height-adjustable desks we carry are 100–240V compatible and work with standard 110V / 60Hz outlets in Costa Rica — the same standard used in the United States and Canada. No voltage converter or adapter is needed.
Within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM in Spanish): same day or next business day depending on your order time. Cost starts at ₡3.500. Outside the GAM — Liberia, Limón, Puntarenas, Pérez Zeledón, and other provinces — delivery takes 1–3 business days via regional freight carriers (Tempisque, Pulmitan, Caribeños, and others). We ship nationwide from San José.
All desks come with a 12-month warranty. If there is a defect in the motor, frame, or panel, you bring the desk to our Paseo Colón showroom in San José or we coordinate pickup within the GAM. Nothing ships abroad. Repairs and replacements are handled here in Costa Rica within the 12-month period.
Yes. We accept Costa Rican colones (₡), US dollars (USD), and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. International cards issued by US or European banks are accepted without issues. SINPE Móvil is also available for local transfers in colones.
